Addiction entered our lives unexpectedly. The news that our son was using drugs caught us completely off guard. In shock, we were unprepared to handle the situation. We needed help if we were going to survive this assault on our family. We need to learn how to pray when our family was under spiritual attack.

Families today are facing hard times unlike ever before. Joblessness, homelessness, increased cost of living and the toll it is taking mentally and physically adds to an already difficult time for families in our country. After surviving a global pandemic, the recovery process has been slow and challenging. Life is more stressful for many families than ever before. Christian families are no exception. The stress is wearing on believers as well.

Ephesians 6:10-18 describes the Armor of God, equipping us to stand against the enemy’s schemes. Each piece of armor is a spiritual weapon.
